By accessing or using veov4.org and any related generation features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or service.

2. Account Registration

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use account-based generation features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

3. Credits and Payments

• Video generation requires credits. Each generation consumes credits based on a base cost plus a per-second duration cost.
• Credits are obtained through subscription plans processed via Stripe.
• Subscription credits are granted monthly and do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
• All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Use the service to create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the generation API
• Resell or redistribute generated content as part of a competing service
• Circumvent credit limits or abuse free-tier allocations

5. Generated Content

Videos generated through this platform are created using third-party AI models and infrastructure, including Google-model-related endpoints and WaveSpeed-backed services where applicable. You retain rights to use generated content for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the upstream model provider's terms. We do not claim ownership of your generated videos.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Generation may fail due to server load, model limitations, or maintenance. Failed generations that consume credits may be refunded at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, credits, or revenue.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Account page.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
